The office lady/cleaner was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Awesome shower with hot water and great water pressure. Super comfy bed. Spotless room. Happy and accommodating hosts. Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating.

great value for money against other hotels in muswellbrook. there was a pool too. perfect place for overnight stay.

We loved hotel's location and service. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Excellent base for exploring Muswellbrook.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly, giving us great tips for restaurants in the area. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the main attractions in town and easy to find. The continental breakfast was a great value for money, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom was a bit small and the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well. The shower took a while to heat up, but once it did the water pressure was great.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. They even helped us with our check-in outside of reception hours. The restaurant had amazing Italian food that we really liked, but unfortunately, we heard that it is soon moving to another city.

The motel provided a comfortable bed with clean bedding. The shower pressure was impressive, and the location was convenient for travellers passing through. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were plenty of power outlets in the room. the main street location was busy but not excessively noisy, with easy access to nearby dining options.

One minor issue was the lack of wifi range in some rooms, which could potentially cause inconvenience for guests needing to use the internet.

Great value for money. Stayed for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay. Air conditioning was a bit noisy at first but didn't disturb us. Excellent location, just across from the golf club. Friendly managers and delicious breakfast. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't get a chance to use it. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Great bed & good location

We were looking for a romantic escape, and the bed in our room was fantastic, it enabled us to have a really great sleep. Another positive aspect was the good location, close to shops and facilities. The room we stayed was cozy but not too small, and it had everything we needed, a TV, and a mini-fridge. However, despite of the amenities and good bed, there were some negatives that cannot be overlooked.

The bathroom wasn't very pleasant - it was so small that it was difficult to move around, especially if you're on the larger side, and the shower was not a pleasant experience. Even more concerning was the off-putting smell in the room, and the bathroom had poor ventilation which made everything worse.
